Financial Structure:

• Monthly rental based on the size of the apartment you choose and includes all utilities (except local telephone and cable), meals, activities program, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry facilities, transportation to medical appointments and group outings, and twenty-four hour care giving assistance (includes bathing, dressing and medication management)
